By purchasing and accessing the Tetra Tech IMDS Assistant, you agree to the following:
- License Scope
- You are purchasing access to a single-user license of the IMDS Assistant, which may include AI-powered services, reference materials, and automation tools.
- Use is restricted to your organization and may not be sublicensed, resold, or shared externally.
- Intellectual Property
- All instructional prompts, training content, file mappings, logic workflows, GPT-based methods, and reverse MDS generation logic remain the intellectual property of Tetra Tech.
- You may not copy, clone, reverse-engineer, or attempt to reproduce the behavior or logic of this system using other tools or AI platforms.
- GPT Infrastructure
- Your access to GPT-based tools may be provided via third-party systems (e.g., OpenAI’s ChatGPT), but the instruction sets and uploaded knowledge are governed by Tetra Tech usage policies.
- Security and Monitoring
- Tetra Tech reserves the right to rotate access credentials, monitor usage for licensing compliance, and revoke access in the event of abuse or unauthorized duplication.
- Legal Enforcement
- Unauthorized use or duplication of the IMDS Assistant’s logic or outputs will be considered a violation of copyright and trade secret law, and may result in legal action.
